It took me a minute to determine the screw brackets that tightens the gate was for the wall not the gate. It does not screw into the hole of the gate ends and will easily fall out. Once in place it tightens. Pretty easy to install. It appears strong and stable. Past that screw puzzle, it is the perfect solution for and escapee puppy on stairs that is too wide for the standard gate. The look on her face when she escaped down the stairs only to run to the gate stopping her was priceless. Thanks

This fence is great and suited what i needed. I split in two to block both ends of the veranda. Now we can keep our dogs outside the house.

I purchased the Vevor Baby Gate several weeks ago and have recently installed it. The gate itself is excellent however the installation was a little tricky. The product comes with 3 extensions (each extension has 3 upright bars) and you can add all 3 extensions together so that it fits up to a 48" gap. The gap I have at the top of a 3-step internal staircase is 38 inches (97cm) so it seemed to me that the product would be ideal for my intended use which was to separate dogs inside the house. When I went to install the gate plus 2 of the extensions, it fitted perfectly within the 38", however it didn't leave enough space for the screw rod and wall cup to be inserted as I had less than an inch left on both sides; I needed a gap of at least 2" on both side to fit in the screw rods. Taking one of the extensions out was also not an option as the screw rod would then need to be 5-6" long to reach to wall. I tried to find our if Vevor produced an extension that had only 2 upright bars instead of 3 so as to give me some wiggle room for the screw rods to be used but unfortunately I couldn't find this. Some other companies do have this option but they don't have the height of the gate I needed. I ultimately solved the problem by using cable ties to secure the gate to the banister rails which included the use of 2 of the extensions. Not ideal, and aesthetically not the nicest finish but it works and it certainly won't be moving anytime soon - probably now more secure than it ever would of been. Apart from this, the gate is great and well made. However it would of been helpful if there was a 2 bar extension that could be purchased if required.

Easy to install and good, strong quality. One of my dogs has learned how to hurdle the gate, but at least it keeps one back.
