Got the heater, assembled it, It turns off and throws an "overheat" error msg. Has done it a few times. Nothing is blocked, no sharp bends in the intake or exhaust. Contacted support they said, make sure nothing is blocked . . . Put the whole thing on the back shelf because of matters of more importance. Finally get back to the heater and support, informed me my issue was closed and offered me a survey on VEVOR service/support. Clicked on the link and the opportunity to provide valuable feedback had expired, so did the service ticket. Too bad the heater has issues your time is expired.
I still have the heater that turns off because it's overheating. It leaks fumes into the heated air too, It gets so bad I have to shut it off and open a door. Yes the exhaust is plumbed to the outside, yes the connections are tight and nothing is broken (that I can tell). I plan to tear it down and see if the heat exchanger's bolts or screws are tight to hopefully stop the fumes.
I'm not overly happy with the heater or vevor's service.
If the heater didn't stink (fumes) and if the heater wouldn't overheat and turn off, I likely would be happy with it. But to date, that's not how it goes.
