Can this be used with a pressure washer rated at 8.5LPM and still achieve a result of 0tds?
It is not recommended to use this product with a pressure washer rated at 8.5LPM as the working pressure and flow rate do not match. 0ppm can only be achieved with limited flow rate and water consumption, and the amount of water used at a time should not be too much.

Can this unit acheive 0 tds level?
Under normal circumstances, yes. If the inlet water quality exceeds the rated range, the outlet water quality will also fluctuate. Under normal circumstances, around 20 is also a reasonable water quality range.
