When cleaning the nylon mesh, use a degreaser to remove oil or dust. This allows the adhesion of the emulsion to be proper. When dry, slightly coat the screen on both sides with photo emulsion using a scoop coater.
Put the frame in a dust-free, dark, dry place and leave it to dry. This step is crucial because a clean, well-coated screen prevents pinholes and ensures sharp image resolution.
