Should have got one of these years ago, big size is great for bigger projects, although recommend to use glass containers within the unit to reduce cleaning agent usage. Best use is for cleaning carburettors and engine parts.

1) where can I get the drain hose that connects to the drain valve on the bottom right of the machine to drain the tank? Do you sell this as a separate item?
2) Does it come with an Australian power plug?

Can you use 5l in the 10l model
Yes, but if you want to activate the heating function, the water level in the tank should not be below 2/3 position.

I would just remove the damaged section of wire and solder or crimp in a new piece and with a new end.
