Wet or Dry Use: Our commercial food warmer features a 24qt water well (measuring 13.9" x 21.9" x 6.5") that can be used for both wet and dry applications. You can directly heat up food in the well or use it to hold a standard full-size, two 1/2 size, or three 1/3 size steam table pans (pans not included) to keep vegetables, hot dogs, eggs, bacon, and other foods hot and delicious for your guests.
Fast Heating, Lasting Warmth: This impressive food warmer comes with a powerful 1200-watt SUS 304 stainless steel heating tube that rapidly warms up your food to maintain its hot and delicious flavors. You can adjust the temperature output to suit your preference, ranging from 86 to 185 degrees Fahrenheit, thanks to the temperature controller.
Additional Security: We have upgraded our food warmer with newly designed "Dry Burning Indicator" and "Reset Button". The dry-burning indicator function automatically stops heating the food when the temperature exceeds 446°F (230°C). To resume operations, you need to press the Reset Button.
Robust Stainless Steel Build: This food warmer is built to last, with a sturdy all-stainless steel construction that can withstand constant use, and is easy to clean and maintain. The well has a thickened wall (0.03" thick) that provides additional sturdiness and has a secure water seal.

Fill the well with water up to the indicated min/max line.

I’m am so happy with the Bain Marie. It arrived in really good condition and I use it at home. It was easy to set up and clean afterwards. My family’s working hours is different so once a meal is cooked it was kept warm without burning or sticking. Wish I’d bought one years ago.

This has been a great ad to my snow cone stand I started out with crockpot purchased this and will worth the money I can keep four different items in it and warm at the same time I do hotdogs chili cheese and a soup of the week great purchase

Absolutely Perfect! Purchased this in a crunch when I discovered one of my Nescos bit the bullet. Used it the day after it was delivered. Shipping was fast! I ordered on a Sunday and the unit was delivered the following Wednesday. Used for a work event for 120 people. So convenient considering I could have 4 hot items and utilize only 1 electrical outlet. It was so easy to maintain indirect temperature. This price point is a steal! I will be purchasing another just for my employer to keep on site for events.
Although the unit was somewhar challenging to fit where i needed it the unit works great keeps food at correct temp. I would recommend this product and definitely buy again.
