This appears to be manufactured with premium materials. The feeling of being inside of it is very luxurious - like a weighted blanket. The included waffle liner is a nice touch. The zipper is the smoothest working large zipper I've ever encountered. As described, the "far infrared carbon heating" seems to heat very evenly. It seems to get up to temperature in about 10 minutes. However, using this on its top setting (6) it only heats to about 45 C, or about 55 C in the crease where the top and bottom press together (room temp 22.5 C) - nowhere near the advertised 85 C ! I found that it took about 30 minutes from the time it reached maximum temperature for me to arrive at the point of having light perspiration and I never experienced heavier perspiration. As a sauna blanket, for me I find this only marginally fit for purpose - I was expecting for sweat to be dripping off of me. A few weeks ago I was using a cheaper sauna blanket while visiting a friend overseas and I was definitely sweating more in that one.

Exactly as described. It heats up very quickly. I did not find the user manual with the sauna bag but it is fairly straight forward to use.

It is easy to use, i have no way to check if it is real infrared, so I have to trust in the manufacturer. At the highest setting, 80 Celsius, it take the 60 min to get me to sweat lightly, adding the foil sheet accelerate the process, still , I should feel like I’m melting and that is not the case. This sais it is a great option for budget friendly home product. Daily use to get some benefit.
