Esthetique et confortable , par contre fauteuil lourd pour le deplacer et coussin de tres mauvaise qualité

It's fine for others but it's just not for me.

Chair is well built and very comfortable to sit in. I bought 2 of them. Strap that holds pillow on one of them has broken already. Had them for 1 month. Cushions are black. Fiber fill comes thru the outer cover and looks like hair on the cushions. Very un happy with this.

I just opened the box for the first time and the bottom of the chair legs are all scratched up as if it was a used item. What a huge disappointment 😞

Very comfortable chairs, lovely cushions, reclines easily. A big issue is they appear to be rusting or at least rust stained in less than one month. I worry what they willl be like by end of Summer.

Had high hopes for this. Unfortunately does not fold up or down very easy and the ‘swing’ to change the angle of recline is so stiff it honestly takes the hardest effort to get into a recline of any angle. I have stopped using it now.

El proceso de compra fue fácil. El pedido se procesó rápidamente, el tiempo de envío fue correcto y las sillas llegaron bien se supone porque solo hemos abierto una. Sin embargo, tras montarla comprobé que abierta ocupa mucho espacio, explicación que no quedaba claramente indicada en detalles. Abrí la incidencia VEVOR Ticket #1786017217476 el 06 de agosto y aporté fotografías, así como imágenes adicionales para ayudar al departamento técnico a valorar el problema. Hemos cruzado correos pero después de contestarle con capturas de pantalla, a día de hoy sigo esperando una respuesta técnica y una propuesta de solución. espero resolver la incidencia, devolver los productos o encontrar una solución. Actualizaré esta reseña si VEVOR resuelve satisfactoriamente la incidencia.

Poltrona consegnata con BRT con pacco danneggiato e poltrona in parte danneggiata ho chiesto a VEVOR una sostituzione della poltrona ma non ne avevano più disponibili ho accettato un coupon di sconto di 70 euro di cui mi hanno spedito via mail un codice da utilizzare in un nuovo acquisto ma il codice non ha mai funzionato non è mai stato disponibile nel mio profilo . Sto ancora cercando di risolvere il problema e sono passati già 20 giorni !
