Horrible customer service. No phone access etc etc

When my handrail arrive everything in the box was packaged and wrapped well. However when I removed the screw plates they were bent and damaged bad. I was later refunded. Other than the damage the product is well made and helpful.

I needed a railing for a set of steps. this worked perfectly.

So far so good. The product is easy to install and looks great. I plan to buy more. In my case, 8 concrete sleeve anchors were missing from one of the boxes but I am relying on Vevo to send me replacements quickly so that I can finish the job.

These are a great and inexpensive way to add a measure of safety to the steps at your home. In many cases homeowners insurance will require them. The only mark against these are the included anchor bolts. They are not the greatest but can work.

First handrail received was damaged in shipment. It was difficult and time-consuming to finally, successfully, receive the damaged parts. The handrail is now installed and is fine.

Rail is well made and easy to install. Mounted perfectly on my brick steps and length works perfectly from porch to bottom of last step.

Good product, very sturdy, and good quality. Nice looking and good product. The instructions leave a lot to be desired.

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the handrail and its sturdiness. And very reasonable price. It did fit 3 steps BUT it didn't work with my porch situation. It works better with just steps - like they show in the photo examples. My husband took it to use at another house with no surrounding walls. I ordered another one that attaches to an end wall. Overall, very happy!
