It is a great chair… But all parts didn’t come in the box, after nearly a month of waiting I was refunded my purchase price. At least VEVOR sticks with the warranty on their products they sell.

Căzile sunt sub formă de trapez echilateral (baza este mai îngustă decât partea superioară a căzii), răsturnat, pe când banca este invers; deci nici măcar jumătate din bancă este în cadă!!! Bancă NEFOLOSITOARE; poate, doar pentru căzi foarte largi.

I purchased this 3 months ago and it’s rusting in the swivel component and staining the floor of my shower. I have now received a refund after multiple requests over a few days with oromot responses with offers of compensation increasing each time I refused from $20, $54, $109 then finally a full refund. In of other aspects of the chair, it’s comfortable, the liftup arms a good for getting extra movement, the seat design does have a waterfall effect at the front when running water over it while heating up before getting in shower. My seat faces the door of shower so would splash out a bit. If it didn’t rust I’d have recommended it.

Got package fast, after putting most of it together noticed marbles didn’t match with the hole under the seat. Tried many times to explain problem.also Sent pics. They did kindly mail some extra marbles. Took more than 2 weeks. Put it in the empty spot where marble was missing, unfortunately would still not line up with the hole to keep seat from moving. Husband ended up drilling a hole and putting a zip tie in it to keep the seat from moving

This would of been perfect except for two things 1) there was no measurement for the width between the bottom of the legs. 2) if it had fitted my bath. It was way to big and was never going to fit my bath, I can no longer have baths anymore so this seemed perfect for having a shower in the bath but it’s back to the drawing board.

I informed Vevor that I couldn’t use the chair as it has a locking mechanism on the right side and I have a paralyzed right hand. I contacted customer support, they said they would let me know if it could be changed, then closed my file. I was able to sell it to a friend.
