It did not work for our 102 year old mother. It was too big for her to manage in our small shower/tub. She was exhausted and frustrated. Don’t purchase if the tub/shower is small. Otherwise a great looking chair!

i'm having a difficult time securing the armrests to the seat I even tried Loctite to no avail is this a common problem

It is nice however, the pictures show that it can slide in and out so you don't have to lift your legs. So definitely disappointed in that but it works guess

Found it too large for small standard bathroom in our Highrise and had to return.

I find it hard to pull the lever which controls the swivel. The chair moves when I try to stand. I don’t have the energy to return it.
