I've purchased many of these; they are a great item. On my most recent purchase, I was surprised to get a defective part. I contacted Vevor, and the customer reps were very good. It took a few weeks, but the reps kept in touch with me, and ultimately I got a very satisfactory resolution to the problem.

We have an unfinished basement with some lower ceilings and many shelving units are too tall for the top shelf to be used. This is the perfect t height with very adjustable shelves! Easy to put together and light enough to move around as needed. We are likely to buy more.
