Bought it sept 19. Ordering was easy and it gave a good description of the size and weight capabilities however vevor really should consider moving shipping companies. On sept 24 Ups dropped the packages off at my front door damaged. One shelf unit was so badly damaged I couldn't use a section of the shelf. the bracket was bent in such a way I would need a chisel to straighten it out! The second package all the shelves were damaged. Other than that assembly was easy and it holds a good amount of stuff. Would recommend the shelf but not ups!!

Okay for the price but the thin cardboard wood material that is used for the shelving came damaged and support never helped me.

Great service from VEVOR, quick delivery, metal component very well made, easy to assemble. The shelving let it down. Just to thin. Definitely not heavy duty.

Received shelf today and was not pleased. Don't waste your money on this flimsy shelf. It is wobbly and very thin flimsy metal. Will definitely not hold 2000 lbs. as stated in description.

For the price I find this to not be such a great value. I have purchased a considerable amount of products from Vevor and have been very impressed. This item was less than I expected. It performs as noted but the rails are still light duty and the shelves are press board.

For the price it’s OK. Not real sturdy, but it’s working for what I needed it for. I have mostly light stuff on it.

These shelves worked ok for us

I really cannot understand how this company’s system works. Before placing my order, I didn’t rely on an “estimated delivery date.” I entered all my address information, checked the delivery schedule, and placed the order based on the dates they provided. I ordered a total of seven items, yet not a single one arrived on the date that was stated. Some items were even shipped and then suddenly stopped mid‑delivery, and I was told I had to pick up a large and heavy item myself. I ordered two of the same product, but they arrived on different days. Some items arrived damaged. The heavy‑duty shelving unit was especially disappointing. Considering the price, the material quality is extremely poor and absolutely unsuitable for commercial use. The tabletop is made of particle board, which is very vulnerable to moisture. If it gets wet, it swells and becomes unusable. Even cheaper products use the same material but at least have a protective coating so they can withstand moisture. This product, however, is honestly the worst—I regret spending money on it. Among the seven items, some were scheduled for delivery within two days and others the following week, so I should have received everything within five days. Instead, it took me almost three weeks to receive all the items. I contacted the seller multiple times before shipping and asked for help, but they kept repeating the same line: “We don’t handle the delivery, so there’s nothing we can do.” That unhelpful attitude ultimately led to the worst shopping experience I’ve had. I really cannot recommend this company.
