I am highly impressed with the build quality of this VEVOR 19L safety can. The heavy-duty carbon steel feels incredibly solid, and the double-interlock weldless bottom gives me complete confidence that it won't leak or weaken over time. The safety features are top-notch. The spring-loaded lid snaps shut automatically to prevent accidental spills or vapor leaks, and having a built-in stainless steel flame arrestor gives immense peace of mind when storing gasoline in the garage. It also comes with a wide-mouth PE funnel that makes smooth, splash-free pouring easy. It’s compact enough to fit nicely in a vehicle trunk or on a shelf but holds a full 5 gallons. If you want a commercial-grade, safe fuel container that leaves cheap plastic cans in the dust, this is it!

It'd be perfect, better than a class 2 if it had another opening to fill so that I dont have to mess with the funnel. I give it 5 stars because it is still alot better than a standard can

At age 71 and female, I now need a safe way to carry gas in my car since I no longer have a truck. I searched and landed on the Vevor website, Made my choice after reviewing all the great reviews. When the gas can arrived I was so impressed with the quality! I immediately had one shipped to each one of my sons as a surprise delivery. Soon I got each of their phone calls with a big thank you and how much they appreciate it be such high quality.

This is a beautiful gas can, however, it is hard to hold open and pour, being an average sized woman!

I have the 5 gallon cans and really liked the quality but thought it was a little heavy when fuller, so I got this 2.5 gallon thinking it would be easier to handle. It’s lighter for sure but because it shorter I’m having to tilt it higher to pour. And the spring on lid still very tight so it’s just an awkward angle to open lid, tilt can higher and then pour. Honestly it’s easier to use a half full 5 gallon can.
