How customer reviews and ratings work
Customer Reviews, including Product Star Ratings help customers to learn more about the product and decide whether it is the right product for them.
Our overall rating is not a simple average. We prioritize authentic, trustworthy reviews and filter out duplicates or invalid content before calculating the final score. This helps ensure the rating truly reflects real customer experiences.

Poppy Great customer support!
Jeep Grand Cherokee 2011-2021
I installed these the day I got them onto my 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I like the design where they extend a bit beyond the supports. That makes for a secure tie off point.
Regarding customer support. They are awesome! I lost me keys, and they were able to look up in their system and sent me a replacement set. Awesome!!!

Les barres s'installent très facilement et tiennent bien. Aucun bruit de vent ou de turbulences dans l'auto quand elles sont a vide

Toyota Rav4 2019-2023
It's low quality there is a decorative end cap that goes on the roof rack. It contains little cheap plastic locks that you twist into place the lock fell of and the cap blew off while I was driveing . I would never recommend it to anybody for that reason. I feel that because of the faulty lock it should be replaced.. I did buy 2 more things on vevor and was ok
