After careful consideration and taking the time to check each piece, I have noticed that the rack that you sent me is not that of the one that was in the picture of what I ordered the brackets are entirely different and do not fit the rack on my Subaru the braces do not fit, according to the cross bars of the top of our Subaru

Very disappointed with the quality. The roof rack arrived scratched, with poorly aligned welds, and the extension joints have excessive play. The most concerning issue is that the rack bends noticeably with only about 5 kg of weight, which makes me seriously question its structural stability and safety. Unfortunately, the product I received does not match the quality or durability I expected from VEVOR.

Bought it not even a month ago. Couldn't install it because some hardware is defective and now it's already rusting !! I haven't even put it yet on my car ! Support doesn't answer. KEEP OUT

The installation was more difficult than needed as the product was damaged alteady at arrival, the parts of the frame where the thinner parts are supposed to slide in were deformed so assembly required fixing the product. Also, the screws provided to lock the joints with are of very poor quality, so some of the threads stripped even though care was observed . After one week of use this thing started leaking rusty water all over the car roof and anything near it, leaving stains that are difficult to remove. There were no plugs provided, as I believe is the case with never versions, so there is nothing to stop the ingress of water. To be able to use this again I will have to take it apart, rinse out all rust and water, seal the inside with some sort of rust inhibitor, make sure it dries, and then plug every hole and seal every joint, the provided plastic sleeves are not enough. The bag, cargo net and other accessories are fine and working as expected.

Ich konnte diesen Dachgepäckträger leider nicht benutzen, da er nicht mit den Seitenstreben kompatibel war, die ich ebenfalls von VEVOR gekauft hatte. Sehr schade, denn die Handhabung und die Montage an sich waren wirklich sehr leicht erklärt und unkompliziert. ​Besonders positiv hervorheben möchte ich jedoch das Support-Team. Ich habe Kontakt aufgenommen und wir sind sehr schnell zu einer passenden Lösung gekommen. Vielen Dank für die tolle Hilfe!

Not impressed with the clamps used for attathement to roof. And large ugly advertisement is kind of a regretful reminder I should have shopped better. If you are purchasing for a Ford explorer go bigger

Der Gepäckträger ist super im Aufbau und in der Montage. Er hält auf den Dachträgern bombenfest. Kritik und da auch nur 3 Sterne ist die Beschriftung auf dem Träger vorne da hätte der Firmenname gereicht und nicht noch der Hinweis auf billig. Aber Reklame fahren möchte man auch nicht gerne. Da ich das mit der Beschriftung noch ändern muss leider nur 3 Sternchen.

The VEVOR Roof Rack Cargo Basket is sturdy and well made. Assembling was quick and easy since there are only 2 pieces to connect together. Note that if your crossbars cannot be adjusted forward or back that you 'could' have a problem. My 2016 Nissan Pathfinder Platinum has fixed crossbars and the mounting points of the cargo basket do not line up with both the front and rear crossbars at the same time, and as a result cannot be secured. The cargo basket is not designed to adjust the +/- length of the basket more than 1/2 inch, at best. Certainly not the 4 inches (+/- 1/2") to line up the basket so it can be secured to BOTH the front and rear crossbars.

Schöner Träger aber verarbeitung nicht so gut fängt überall an zu Rosten.
