Quick shipping and lower price than anything comparable out there. Simple installation and super easy to use. Materials seem to be quite robust and well put together. Installed on a wood deck to provide shade around a small gazebo, works perfectly.

Looks great and was easy to install on concrete stones. Was easy to pull out and hook up. Had no wind yet yo see how strong it'll be but seems yo be good. Very good for privacy.

These things are the best ever. I’ve tried multiple things to achieve what they do. Only 2 things that I have a problem with. The first is the bolts and the expansion sleeve included the sleeve didn’t want to fit in the size hole it says to drill. No big deal just had to drill bigger holes. Second thing is and this is not a fault with the product but I have several end to end to form a wall. There’s a space between the 2 locking posts and the handles that I needed to cover. But nothing wrong with the unit that’s just the way it’s made. And really no other way it can be

Keep your receipt and/or order information. When you get your order delivered, there is no packing slip and no description of what the item is. No dimensions. I ordered my retractable side awning months before I went to install it. Nothing that came with it said how tall it was, or how long it was when fully extended. I had to go into Vevor.com and look up my order to get the dimensions from when I ordered it. Instruction sheet was one page, and was obviously translated in English from its original language. Translation was poor. Item was good and heavy duty. It will work fine.

This slide away awning is a perfect deterrent when out of sight, out of mind works. We are using to block the view from the road when you don't need prying eyes to look into our warehouse. Sturdy, built well, this should last for the foreseeable future.
