Used this hose reel all summer and it was a life saver. The hose sprayer they sent began to leak after about 6 months. A quick email to customer service and a new one was on the way. That's how to stand behind your products! I just bought 3 more items I've wanted too.

Got tired of coiling up 100’ of hose. Wife always got knots in it and kinks. This hose reel was the remedy to my headaches.
Feeds hose out easily and when done using it, it retracts with out any problems. The hose is sturdy and feels like it will last for years.
My only regret……. I don’t get this years ago.

This reel is heavy duty and works great I like the way you can easily disconnect it from its wall hanger to store it in the winter months.

I had the hose reel professionally installed and it works as advertised. It deploys and retracts as smooth as butter. It's a great convenience and I look forward to using it often. No more manual hose reel winding. 4 stars on quality as the access cover seems very flimsy and will require attention during use.
