Unpacked it when I got it and assembled what I needed. Picked out a spot to install the reel at the front edge of our home. Was easy to install level, but due to the weight of the reel & hose, it has a tilt to it when swung from side to side and doesnt look level. The hose appears to be a rather inexpensive black hose and may need replacing down the road. Only time will tell how long the hose last. The nozzel that came with it, is a bonus feature and glad I didn't need to purchase it. All in all, a solid 4 out of 5 stars... would I buy it again if needed... YES!!!

Works as described. Definitely go with the 5/8" if given a choice. The hose diameter pretty much dictates what length you can get on a reel. Spray gun is cheaply made. Mounting was easy.

Really love the self-winding feature. Keeps the hose out of the way for yard maintenance and a neat appearance. The sprayer nozzle works great. It was really easy to install. The only drawback I would mention is the hose kinks up fairly easily. But overall. I'm very pleased with this purchase!

Had a secure metal mounting bracket and worked as advertised. My wife loves the recoiling feature. No more tangled hoses

The hose kinks easily. You have to continuously walk back & un-kink the hose. Other than that I would have given it a 5 star. Easily installed on a brick wall. Would probably buy again.

The only complaint I have is that I ordered th 1/2 inch first. I then ordered one in 5/8. Both are good quality and do exactly as stated

So far it's been a great upgrade over a standard water hose. It's him all the pressure it's needed to even hook to my pressure washer. The real name feature is well worth the price and it looks good

Très surpris par le poid (lourd/ surtout rempli d'eau) dans mon cas , je ne peut le laisser accrocher au poteau de 4X4, quelqu'un en aurait surement besoin plus que moi. Je dois donc le décrocher a chaque fois que je l'utilise pour le ranger dans mon cabanon, mais la poignée intégré sur le dessus est d'un grand secours pour ca, avec un petit jet de silicone en spray sur le support et son axe de support a rendu et l'installation et l'extraction de beaucoup moins difficile. Ma conjointe me dit que c'est plus facile d'enrouler le boyau avec celui-ci que de tourner la manivelle de notre modèle précédent, mais elle reste craintive de la force de tirage qu'exerce le réenrouleur du boyau, elle croit que c'est une question d'habitude. Aucune fuite d'eau, somme tout pour maintenant, ca vaut la peine d'être acheter surtout avec le boyau 5/8" qui offre un bien meilleur débitque le 1/2"
