How customer reviews and ratings work
Customer Reviews, including Product Star Ratings help customers to learn more about the product and decide whether it is the right product for them.
Our overall rating is not a simple average. We prioritize authentic, trustworthy reviews and filter out duplicates or invalid content before calculating the final score. This helps ensure the rating truly reflects real customer experiences.

Colleen Another Great Buy
I have been using this since April, and it is by far the best and easiest hose I've used. I love that I only have one hose to reach all of my different flower beds in the entire yard. The auto-reel works perfectly. Don't hesitate on this one because it is well worth it.

Love the retractable reel easy to install all hardware include. It's nice if you have a bigger yard and no water spicket close. Will continue to buy from them.

GCMTL Great hose reel
Was always struggling with finding the space to store hoses all over the place. This thing is fantastic. Takes up very little room. For a guy who hates clutter, i'll likely buy 3 more of these.
