The hose reel is great, But the plastic mount is garbage! The whole thing saggs really bad. I thought I saw a steel mount in the ad.

It works good wish hose was a little better quality

So I bought two of these. The first one I bought I love no issues. The second one it leaks water out of bottom. I’ve contacted Vevor three times now they keep asking for pictures or videos. I’ve sent it both times and I’m still waiting for a response as to When they’re going to send me a new one and I’ll send them back the old one. So right now it’s 50-50 shot if you’re gonna get a good one or not.. vevor has still not settled this problem . The way they want videos or pictures sent is not easy since all I own is an iPhone. I take a picture and they won’t accept it or a video and it says it’s a problem. Good luck when you order this.

Over all it’s good. But it has super low water pressure is the only down fall. I wanted to buy 2 but will go a different route now that I know it has low pressure

Purchased this hose reel after seeing multiple good reviews on line to provide water to our chickens that are located approx 100ft from our house to make watering them easier. Product came well packaged, as described, and installation was quick and easy. After the 3rd day of use the retracting feature stopped functioning properly. There is an "auger" that guides the hose back and forth on the reel which no longer moves back and forth feeding the hose back on unevenly. The hose still functions as a hose, just annoying to try and feed it back onto the reel. Attempted to file warranty replacement through Vevor, but found that process to be almost as aggravating as the hose to retracting properly

Fair price,Easy to install, my main issue is with the hose, seems to kink and then is quite difficult to untangle .and causes an issue at retraction

Won't go back in all the way. Stops and has to be restarted and the last 10' won't go back in.

I have bought 5. 1 pf them blew up upon rewinding slowley. Amazon only gave me back 17.00

Have had this for about a month. At first I was going to return it because it seemed cheaply made especially the nozzle it came with. Made me think that if the nozzle was that flimsy of plastic, what’s the rest of it like? Kept it and it’s ok. It gets jammed up retracting sometimes and you have to pull it out and try again multiple times. We’ll see how long this lasts.

1/2 inch not very good should have bought 5/8 inch I replaced a 5/8 inch hose and can tell the power difference
