Customer Reviews for VEVOR Retractable Hose Reel, 84 ft x 5/8 inch, 180° Swivel Bracket Wall-Mounted, Garden Water Hose Reel with 9-Pattern Nozzle, Automatic Rewind, Lock at Any Length, and Slow Return System

Overall , not to bad of a product , Improvements suggested replaceable input and output put hoses

The hose reel seems to be fine. It extends and contracts easily. However, the multi-function sprayer handle is garbage! When I attached it to the end of the hose, it leaked, so I tightened it as much as possible, and it's still leaked. When I went to remove it from the sprayer, it just spins without unthreading. If I can't figure something out, I'm going to have to cut the hose end off and reinstall a new one...on my brand new hose!

The reels are easy to mount and work well. The nozzles do not tighten enough to stop the leaks. The stem of the threaded part turns inside the hose making it impossible to tighten enough.

The hose itself kinks very easily. Especially when it is fully extended. Have to fight with it everytime. That’s the only thing wrong with the design

Winds up good sometimes. Cheaply constructed Thought I'd get a much better product from Vevor.

Reel and hose are adequate, the first time I used the hose the nozzle broke, water was leaking from everywhere, had to buy a different one

Is good but when you take all is hard to get back into
