Sometimes i have trouble winding the hose complitely in the case and it stays out. I have to unreel it completely and reel it back to get it all in .

Sebastien Hose kinks too much
Great product but unfortunately the hose kinks way too often. And it seems to affect the hose material over time. I purchased it this spring and use it a few times a week, I will see in a year or so how well it will fare.

The hose end broke the first time I used it. Had to cut the end off and replace it.Price is good and rolles up nicely

My reel hose is 5/8 hose it really needs you to go slow and give it a little help going in. The more you use it the better it seems to get I guess time will tell. Overall it’s workable
