Package came in quickly, however after installation hose would not retract back. Popped the side cover off and these 3 screws had been stripped / the plastic ear they screw into was busted. (These screws hold the spring in place to allow hose to retract.) I was able to pull hose all the way out and put screws back in the other 3 slots… still unsure why it only had 3 out of the 6 screws…. Then was able to manually spool the hose back up putting tension on the spring now that the screws had it locked in place… it retract a little fast, Assuming that it’s because it had to be modified straight out of the box to work.

Don't buy spring breaks

Spring broke after 6 uses. I wrote the company and after going back and forth for two weeks they offered me $31.00 versa sending me a new one. Beware....

With only modest use over 2 months this reel stopped retracting the hose and it has no backup handle to rewind by hand. With a 1 year warranty, one would expect a straight path forward- NOT so. First, I was asked for a video demonstrating its malfunction. My grandson came by to make and send the video. After that, I was asked to provide another video demonstrating it's destruction to "inoperable". This is not only insulting but an unreasonable breach of warranty. If they need to validate it's dysfunction, they can pay for return shipment, as most retailers require

Broke after a year. Of course right after the warranty was up. Plastic housing where it was being held to the wall broke. Also about 6 months in the nozzle they sent with it was completely stuck on the hose. I had to cut the hose to get it off and then had to buy a hose fix kit to put a new screw end on the hose. Bottom line for the $ I would not buy again. In fact I bought a new one from Walmart for half the price. At least when it breaks I won’t feel as disappointed.

Terrible item does nott roll back the hose after 2 weeks

Terrible didn’t work brand new tried to return it they won’t refund me. Now I have a 130’ hose. They said they would refund me a partial $ amount I haven’t seen anything. Stay away from this product.

Dieser Artikel entspricht nicht meinen Erwartungen . Im März 2026 wollte ich die Schlauchtrommel nutzen und mir fiel auf dass die Trommel nicht mehr vollständig den Schlauch einzieht. Ich wollte reklamieren aber der Chat mit einem Computer verlief katastrophal. Bis heute hat sich von der Firma VEVOR keiner um mein Anliegen gekümmert!!! Ich gebe daher der Firma und dem Artikel eine glatte " ungenügend " in Service und Materialzustand .Die Trommel zieht den Schlauch mittlerweile nicht mehr ein. Für eine Reaktion der Firma VEVOR wäre ich dankbar.

Bought 2,both had to be replaced by VEVOR. So far, 1 of the replacements broke and the other has only been used twice and I have very little faith in it to stay working. Very disappointed that VEVOR would sell these after using a lot of their other fine products.
