After every water hose giving out on us, this one has lasted the most. It’s sturdy and love that it retracts easily.

The description ithat is given on Amazon for this product is very accurate, the size, weight and appearance are all exact. The product seems a little heavy and must be mounted pretty steadily to the side of your house or a support pole. While using this product it's easy to pull out and retract. The material used in the hose seems to be pretty strong so far for us, we've had it about 2 months. When installing this product it is pretty easy, they give you some heavy duty anchors, you must use those. If you use anything other than what they gave you you will pull it off the wall.

I was very skeptical when my husband ordered these, but he was sick of having to move hoses around when he had to mow the lawn. Winding them up on a traditional reel was just too much of a hassle. Once I got the hang of how to pull these out and get them to 'set' at the right length, they really are nice to have. No more hoses left out in the yard! And in the Texas sun, having them retracted will make the hoses last way longer, too. We bought three because there's a lot to water in our yard, but each hose pulls out to I believe 85' which is great. Every now and then I don't set it right and it starts to retract on me, and the hose is heavy, but this is a huge improvement over what we had before. Overall, very pleased with this purchase.

Works really well. Retract very easily. Only wish that I could purchase extra mounting brackets so that I could use it in several different areas of my yard.

Not having water hoses lying around the patio, or yard and tripping over them is great. The retractable is easy to install and use. No more dragging around hoses or rolling them up to get them out of the way.

Vevor customer service great to deal with--very good and prompt correspondence. A pleasure to do business with. I was missing a part and they took care of it promptly.

Easy to setup for use nice product for the money

Works great. I installed it and my wife uses it and loves it. I never thought I would have used one before but I'm wa ting another one now.

This was my first order from Vevor. Wasn't very sure about it as the company just seemed to appear overnight, but thought I would give it a try with an item that I needed but wasn't too expensive. About half of what I could find it elsewhere for, so gave it a shot. In a world of "overnight" shipping, please know it does take a bit over a week to get the product. Amazon Prime has us all a bit spoiled I suppose. Anyway, all parts were intact. The MM instructions were a little confusing, but I took the bag of parts to the hardware store and were able to eyesight what kind of masonry drill bit I needed to install the plugs and then the bolt. Just the fact the measurements are in MM let me know it's not an American made product, but not much is anyway it seems! Works well so far, and hoping for the best moving forward. I might even order more products :-) Note: I tried to attach a picture, but that doesn't seem to be working for me...
