Customer Reviews for VEVOR Retractable Hose Reel, 84 ft x 5/8 inch, 180° Swivel Bracket Wall-Mounted, Garden Water Hose Reel with 9-Pattern Nozzle, Automatic Rewind, Lock at Any Length, and Slow Return System

We have purchased several items from Vevor. We have been very satisfied with the quality of the products. However we recently received an item that was damaged. That was over 3 weeks ago. The service team has been very slow in responding and to date have yet to send out a replacement part. The item we ordered was for a family reunion that has now passed and this item will now sit in storage unused. Very very poor after sales service

Je ne pourrai mettre un commentaire seulement après utilisation. Jusqu'à présent, Rien à signaler. Livraison rapide et le produit est conforme à ma commande.

I have 2 retractable hose reels. It has been two years and they are working (retracting) fine. The only complaint I have is the dripping nozzle. Had to replace one nozzle. However, on both reels, I had to reinforce the hose couplings where the nozzle attaches to the hose. I really dislike a dripping hose and/or nozzle. However, I dislike manually rolling up a hose more!

Great Price, good quality. Fast rewind, choice of sprays on nozzle. Does what it says it will do, not too big, easy to mount on the wall.

i really like it, little hard to pull out but used to it now. really easy to coil up. the thing I do not like is it kinks so you have to be careful when reeling it out.

Works well. Hope it will last because roll in system looks cheap (plastic). Exterior looks great. Waiting to see if will survive all summer long before buying another one.

I purchased this unit bur unfortunately it arrived damaged. There was no obvious physical damage to the shipping container, but it was damaged none the less. After some discussion I received a full refund. That's as much as anyone requires. All good...

The price can not be beat. The only downside is the the hose is hard to pull out. Retraction is easy and fast. Also, water gun leaks a little. Does not seal effectively. But again, for the price, this item is certainly a go.
