Customer Reviews for VEVOR Retractable Hose Reel, 84 ft x 5/8 inch, 180° Swivel Bracket Wall-Mounted, Garden Water Hose Reel with 9-Pattern Nozzle, Automatic Rewind, Lock at Any Length, and Slow Return System

Works like it should only thing I dont like is the hose goes into the nozzle and only used it 1 time cant get the nozzle of the end just spins and the metal and is inside the nozzle .

Works well respooling. Hose diameter gives good flow at 65' length. Quality rating would be higher with a rubber hose. This one is vinyl, so not as flexible.

Very simple to install. Gad it up in minutes with all i needed in the box. Appears of good quality. sprayer kinda just cheap plastic but works well. The reel is great, works well even with a lot of hose out. pleased with the purchase, definitely recommend!

This is second unit i have purchased and plastic nozzles in both are trash. Hose reel great.

4 stars because it's a pain to get it to retract. Probably the operator.

I absolutely love the idea of not having to manually reel my hose in, especially on hot days. However, sometimes it does get stuck trying to reel it back in , and every so often can feel as if there’s a bit of extra tension trying to pull the hose out. Overall good purchase, and I would purchase it again.

La tige qui tient l'enrouleur en place n'est pas très solide. Elle est en train de courber et ça fait seulement 2 semaines que je l'utilise. Une tige de métal serait préférable

The is great no problem with the hose. The only problem I have now there’s somebody broke the tip that where I put the nozzle and I’ve been trying to find a tip to fix the hose. I don’t know if you guys have one that I could fix the hose so I could put the nozzle back a broke right on the crimp of the nozzle you could see. Let me know or text me letting me know that you have the repair kit for it or email me. smerle2237@aol.com thank you

I was apprehensive to purchase the VEVOR retractable hose because of the cost, but I’m glad that I did. It’s been awesome to use so far this Spring to water the new plants and the 145 foot hose makes it easy to reach any area on my property. The only negative I see is the fact that the hose will ‘crink’, but that doesn’t outweigh the positives of this reel/hose. I would purchase again.

Love it! Installation wasn't too bad, was able to mount to brick with a rotary hammer & SDS plus bits. So far, it has worked well, and has replaced our tangled, old, messy garden hose. One complaint - where the nozzle attaches to the hose is recessed, making it very difficult or impossible (in my case, impossible) to adjust or remove the nozzle. There is a minor leak on the nozzle, but nothing major - I turn off the supply when I am not using the hose. I wish I was able to remove the nozzle, but it seems to be stuck in place.
