Customer Reviews for VEVOR Retractable Hose Reel, 84 ft x 5/8 inch, 180° Swivel Bracket Wall-Mounted, Garden Water Hose Reel with 9-Pattern Nozzle, Automatic Rewind, Lock at Any Length, and Slow Return System

Like hose reel, wife loves it. Water dripping out of casing from the get go, not very good QC. No way to tighten fittings and hose isn’t the best quality. Can case be opened to maintenance or replace hose ? or is whole unit trash if you need to replace hose .? Overall, 4 out of 5 if it holds up.

I bought two of the 5/8" x 65'. So far, they are working well; however, the hose, quick connects and spray handles do not have an inside diameter of 5/8", so flow is a bit choked off. Disappointing.....

Works as advertised . Much better than wrapping hose up and hanging it on a fence .

I purchased the 5/8" x 65' reel. I have lots of water pressure in my area. The 5/8" was recommended. It is harder to pull out. It retracts very well. You need to hold on to the hose when doing so.

Fungerar som den ska. Allt ok än så länge. Kan inte be om mer för en slangvinda som gör sitt jobb för det priset.

Overall good value. It really doesn't seem to come out to 65 feet. But other than that, happy with it so far

Hose reel ,5 stars, ease of operation 5 stars but the hose end sprayer leak when spraying.

Hose could be a bit more flexible. Great product otherwise.

Besides the mount being broken and we had to rig it to make it work, Its a very good hose. Just didnt hold up to rough shipping.

The item works as it should. I had a little trouble getting the nozzle end to stop leaking. I would use fully threaded anchor screws instead of the ones they sent with it for a tighter bit into what ever you are mounting it to. Those are the reasons I am only giving it a 4 star. Everything else works great on it. customer service did help correct the leaking issue. The great customer service alone is the reason I will stay a customer with vevor they where great and when you send them pictures of videos of your issue it helps speed up the process.
