Customer Reviews for VEVOR Retractable Hose Reel, 84 ft x 5/8 inch, 180° Swivel Bracket Wall-Mounted, Garden Water Hose Reel with 9-Pattern Nozzle, Automatic Rewind, Lock at Any Length, and Slow Return System

Only issue with the unit is the pull force to extract the hose gets progressively harder with distance. This is a typical function with a coil spring but it is an issue if you need to extract the full amount of hose supplied. Suggest ordering a long hose than you would typically need.

Per adesso funziona bene

The hose continually kinks during use. Good system so far, works ok, it just kinks in multiple locations along the hose.

Absolutely love the features and light weight design use it and put away the easiest hose I have ever had

works like they say so far easy install hose reel retracks fast but so far no hangups when using happy over all and its used daily hopefull it continues only 3 stars on quality right now becuase ive only had for a month

Easy to install and works great. The nozzles are not very good but I didn’t buy it for them. I am satisfied with the product

This is my second one of these. They are good hoses and being retractable is great when you have to drag a hose 60-100 feet. My only complaint is that they do not off a hose of larger diameter.

Hyvä kela.... En jaksa kirjottaa kirjaa!.....,,.,...mmm.

Hose reel was easy to locate and mount to a post. Only two items to address: 1) Would like to see a location to store the extra nozzle (2 are provided) when not in use, or a place to store both during the winter since we see freezing temps. 2) The scroll that moves the hose guide when retracting is plastic of unknown material. Would be a nice upgrade for minumal cost for it to be an industrial type of plastic, i.e. Nylatron, Delrin, etc.. I see this being the main failure point, hopefully not with regular maintence/inspections. Beyond that, it is nice and very easy to use.

The hose itself is nice enough, but the retracting system on the reel does not always completely pull the hose back in, leaving a 10-ft section Unretracted. Overall the product is good and I'm mostly happy with it. I do wish the internal components of the reel were metal instead of plastic. I'm not sure how well it will stand up over time, but I hope to find out.
