John Kaub Quality and ease os use
Bought it as I am a Disabled Combat Marine, so it retracts after getting instructions from company they were very helpful with this small problem.
It is of strong material and well made. Price is acceptable. Do not have to hand coil hose as this product does it for you!!

rjc1945 Great product and really good value
Bought this Oct 2026 for a ready hose near my front porch that is more attractive than a coiled hose on the ground or rack. This hose reel is easy to install and works really well. I needed a feeder hose to reach the desired location and also installed an inline ball valve. The hose needs pressure relieved for using the reel to store. (VEVOR could offer those additional items for sale!)
Quality looks to be high and operation is smooth with a built-in moving guide for proper coiling on the reel. Best is the price is right!
Time will tell the story on longevity.
