How customer reviews and ratings work
Customer Reviews, including Product Star Ratings help customers to learn more about the product and decide whether it is the right product for them.
Our overall rating is not a simple average. We prioritize authentic, trustworthy reviews and filter out duplicates or invalid content before calculating the final score. This helps ensure the rating truly reflects real customer experiences.

My only complaint is that it kinks fairly easily. Other than that I would recommend and would buy again if I needed one! I love the convenience of being able to use 1 hose to do my whole yard!

Rich Hose reel
Great reel at a great price.
I bought this for my mom’s home- (after liking my 5/8” -100’ )she is older and winding the hose up was hard for her and now it makes it easy.
This is long enough for her area.
Great buy.
