Waste of time and mony pump plunger bolt snapped in 10 min worn thread really disappointed

The way the machine is packaged leads to it being very prone to get hit during transport, and the package isn't labeled as fragile.

I ordered a 3700, My Original unit is a 3600, I believe what they sent is a 3300 - I verified I ordered the 3700 - manual says 3300, Box model says 3300 - just sent them a refund/question

Item arrived with a faulty unloader valve that leaks and shoots water everywhere. I contacted Vevor for a replacement, as the unit has a one year warranty, and entered a ticket on 3/26 and was told they would be in touch within 48 hours. It has now been two weeks and I have several emails telling me to wait another 48 hours, and even escalated it. Still no response. Vevor clearly doesn't want to stand on their product nor warranty and I will be reporting this to the ICC (internet crimes commission) because this is just poor business.

Worked great. Way more pressure than the aaa pump that lasted 2 uses before losing all pressure. Third use on this pump started the pressure washer and the pump exploded.

It does not come with the hose hook up like in the picture, and costumer service is not helping quick enough, it is through email, no way to talk to anyone I took a picture with my phone and it won’t upload either

Pump works but makes a grinding noise at high pressure/ rpm. Customer support said they'd review and get back to me, then didn't. 3 times. Finally they claimed it was my water supply (80 psi on a 3/4 hose not that they asked) Had good luck with their products before but not this time.

I haven't received the product.

Clicked on the 1 inch shaft when the order went through it switched to the three-quarter inch shaft. This thing is useless. I can’t get it to fit over the shaft and they say it’s my fault.

The pump surged and never worked correctly. It actually broke my new high pressure hose and would like to get another shipped to give a second one a try
