It is a good quality, solid, perfect but was missing hardware. Contacted the manufacturer and never received a response.

Love the smaller one leaves the steps clear for lounging but easy in and out.

My pool company wanted 1,000.00 dollars for a pool rail.. One, I can't afford that. I purchased a hammer drill for 40 bucks and while the drill bit left something to be desired.. It was probably more me than the bit... Check each hole after you drill into concrete...someone suggested a smaller bit to keep things straight... Gotta have the tools but that rail is not going anywhere... The wife loves it... she used to use a chair... not anymore...You can't get anybody to come out to your home anymore unless you have the big bucks... so learn how to do it yourself..

Overall a great product. Except the drill bit was in metric measurements and most drills are not. I had to do a lot of figuring to get a drill bit close to the size of the included drill bit that would fit my drill.

Works as we wanted it to. Did use my own wedge bolts.

Took about 45 minutes to install. All materials seem to be of high quality. Been in for 2 weeks so waiting to see if any rust decides to show up. Overall very pleased and would recommend. Side note.....the drill bit provided was on it's last leg on the 4th hole into the concrete, but did the job.

The supplied lead anchors provide a very sturdy and strong installation. I really like the canvas cover that keeps hands from being burned in the heat of the sun.

Fantastic, arrived quickly, hubby installed it in less than half an hour. I'll need to do rehab on my fractured leg and at least I'll be able to get in an or safely now!!!

I got prices of $450 and $750 installed. This came with the drill bit and anchors. Only problem is the drill bit is very odd and was difficult to square up but the product itself is fine
