Perfect for an existing in ground pool with a concrete deck. This stainless steel (304) railing can be set back about 12\" from the edge, and still protrudes well into the pool covering 3 steps. This offset allows for secure mounting into the concrete without concern about cracking. The railing comes with a complete mounting kit, including a 12mm drill bit. The anchors seem a little flimsy, but actually hold very well. The 12mm bit has a square shank that does not fit well into a standard chuck. I purchased a 7/16 (11.1mm) round shank masonry bit which worked very well. I marked each hole to be (hammer) drilled, and used a smaller masonry bit as a pilot hole. This kept the larger bit from migrating off of center, which resulted in perfect alignment. Use clear silicone under the mounting plate to keep out water and cushion the surfaces. The SS lag bolts seated perfectly with a socket wrench; I added SS washers to facilitate tightening.

I was a bit intimidated to install this railing because it had to be installed on cement, and holes had to be drilled in the cement. After purchasing a new electric drill, installation was a breeze. The railing seems sturdy, and is just what I needed for the stairs on my pool/spa.

Good value but the blue cover has started fading in the sun and Vevor don't sell replacement covers so that's a bit disappointing

This handrail is an attractive and very functional safety addition to our pool. The length is perfect and can be easily reached from the bottom step and gives the assurance that each step taken goes without the concern of slipping. It is very well made and the welds are solid but clean. Installation was simple and the rail is sound and secure.

Absolutely perfect. Came with all the correct fixings which are strong and well up to the job. Could not be more happy with the product.

It was exactly what my in-ground hot tub needed. Only draw back was that it was brushed finish and the hand rails on my pool are mirror finish. It also looks a little like it was made in a muffler ship. No big deal, but not as perfect as the bends on my pool's hand rails. It is made from quality, T-304 stainless, (non magnetic). Overall, I would buy it again in a heartbeat.

Bought as a gift for a friend,the pool had not been installed with a little end hand rail when built, was a easy install the blue sleeve is a nice touch for little hands to stay cool from the summer sun

Does exactly what it was bought for … we purchased a fiberglass pool and found out it is real slippery entering and exiting the pool so found this and worked out great just as we needed
