About this tool and built a stand for it. Bent some tubing on it and everything seems to work fine. The only thing I changed was I used the larger tube retainer on the smaller diameter pipe so I could easily remove it if I have a bend in the middle of something. The pipe retainers tend to leave a little dimple in the metal but you can slip a piece of wood or leather in between the pipe and the retainer ring you're using the larger one and avoid dimpling the metal. You could also fabricate a slightly better tube retainer if you are so inclined.

Most of the plumbing fittings are $$$ now. I use this product to bend some copper pipe 3/4 , not bad using this product for my 1st time , tip -use some lubricant in order to make bends more smooth. I tried with pex too it's helps a lot if you need to bend some but pex is flexible is not going to keep the shape on a 90 degree It works great with hard pipe or copper pipe.

As described. Solidly constructed and works very well on the 20mm steel tube I’m working with.. Would recommend this to anyone doing occasional tube bending but not wanting to spend thousands..

You have to understand what it is you’re buying and at what price point you’re paying. The bender itself only one die fit. The other dies would not assemble due to the fact the powder coating was inside the ID. Had to take and remove and open the idea up. Some of the dyes are off-center from the roller leading you to make a shim or add washers to bring everything in line. The tubing that I’ve bent so far was acceptable for what I was doing.
