Works great
Perfect for my needs.
Was a fairly easy install, despite some of the negative reviews, I had no problems with the install.
Took me about 4 hours total to install. Needed a hand for a minute to place in the bracket. Other than that went smooth. Read the instructions. Don’t rush the install.

Purchased for my deck that gets very sunny and hot in summer, the patio awning does the job, it is easy to assemble and easy to operate. Price was very good and overall pleased with this purchase.
