Nice product, does what it advertises. A few quality control issues kept me from giving it 5 stars: First, beware of tightening the clamps too much on the upright support posts. The plastic will show white stress marks, a precursor to eventual material failure.The topmost clamps that fit into the ends of the top roller tube will not need much tightening to keep them from turning inward or outward, because the attachment to the roller tube will by itself hold the clamps in the proper orientation. Use just enough tightness to keep them and the roller tube from drifting down on the posts. Actually, once your installation is done, an extra screw installed through the clamp and the upright post will guarantee your roller never slides down. Second, the last pieces secured on each end of the roller tube (the d-washer and the shiny cap nut) leave too much looseness. That allows quicker wearing and distorting of the plastic bearing surfaces between the clamp and the roller tube. Before installing the awning, I put certain thicknesses of washers in that clamp-to-d-washer space to eliminate that way-too-loose fit. There should be the tiniest wiggle possible between the black support clamp and the d-washer, once that cap nut is tightened, so you can easily turn the washer(s) you added. If there is no wiggle room, it will be quite difficult to turn the manual crank handle to roll up or roll out the shade! Finally, the sewing on 2 velcro tabs at the ends of the security screen was poorly done, making the velcro only half effective. Actually, some velcro with more aggressive grabbing power would be better. Vevor, I offer you my services in product improvement for a very modest fee!

So far seems like a good quality awning for the price. Instructions have a little to be desired. I found instructions online and were able to zoom in on the instructions which made it clear for the steps to put together.

Overall a good product, easy to install and to use. I am waiting for the first windblow to see if it is strong enough.

Le store arrive démonté. Il faut le monter avec un mode d'emploi qui laisse un peu à désirer : notamment sur une pièce qui se fixe au milieu du store mais dont il faut déduire l'utilité et l'emplacement malgré relecture d'une centaine de fois du mode d'emploi. Nous étions 2 personnes habituées des montages et bricoleurs. Il nous a fallu 3h environ pour le montage avec les difficultés du mode d'emploi et certaines actions de montage prennent du temps incompressible (notamment mettre les fils en PE dans les bourrelets de la toile). Par contre la qualité est au rendez vous j'avais peur de tomber sur une chinoiserie mais il est vraiment costaud au niveau de la toile et des bras il n'y a rien à redire. Prévoyez du temps pour le montage et ne pas se lancer dedans si vous n'êtes pas du tout bricoleur vous allez vous arrachez les cheveux

Très bon achat, juste dommage que les toiles sont mal pliées dans le paquet et un petit manque d'explications de montage .... Sinon le store est super beau et facile à utiliser

Le store banne est conforme au descriptif. Seul le montage sur le mur est compliqué

Pole holding the awning across the front was a 2 piece, and ended up breaking in the middle. For the price this was a good product...I would have rather paid 50% more for more of a durable product.

Bonjour, Le store est bien, mais quelques choses à revoir : 1- Rajouter des pattes de fixations supplémentaires (il y en a 2, mais 2 de plus ça serait top !) 2- Idéalement utilisé des tiges filetées avec scellement chimique (Les tiges fournis sont pour des cloisons, merci de les fournir) 3- La manivelle s'enclenche sur un mécanisme avec un crochet : le bloc blanc du mécanisme celui ci est mal fixé, les 2 boutons tournaient dans le vide (les écrous autobloquant), j'ai du les remplacer. 4- Merci de fournir un crochet pour accrocher la manivelle a quelques part sur un mur. A part ces quelques soucies, le store est nickel. Merci a vous ! Antoine L

The only negative comment is have is the ease of putting it together, took me longer than I expected. Now that it's together and up, I absolutely love it and can't imagine not having it.

Awning itself is decent, the only problem is the plastic end caps to hold awning in moving rail do not stay in , the screws that go in to expand do not hold well enough
