Product is good but holes were slightly misaligned…. Used a mini shop tool to align holes and is now perfect!!!!!

Easy to install (by home DIYer). The handrail does the job I expected it to do. A little bit of flexibility over the handrail distance, but not more than I expected.

Glad to get this installed, been a great help for guests. Unfortunately the holes didn’t line up to assemble and new ones had to be drilled on top row ☹️

Finally we installed the handrail but due to the weird size and shape of the end of the drill bit, we had to purchase an American standard size drill bit, slightly smaller and with matching bolts, so that we could use one of our own drills. Vevor suggested we buy a bigger drill but already owning two of them that made no sense. Vevor did reimburse us for the additional purchase so everything worked out fine in end.

The Railing is basically a good product, however the way that the hand rail fits into the vertical post needs to be modified or re designed as it has too much side play for it to be safe for someone to hold whilst they climb the stairs. I overcome this shortfall by fixing a number of screws around the meeting point of the hand rail to the vertical post. I also drilled a hole in the hand rail scroll so water would not lie there .
