The shipping was quick. The item was very light and flimsy from what I expected. We had to use it anyway because we had animals that were arriving. I added proper chicken wire at the base after my animals escape. It would be ok as a temporary enclosure. It must be reinforce for wind and winter.

This enclosure is functional however, you are getting what you pay for. It is not very stable and does not include the triangular supports shown on the website. They would help to solidify the structure but not solve the problems entirely. The mesh needs to be installed in several pieces and allows for a lot of seams that need to be tied together otherwise chickens can get through it. It will not keep any predators out that decide they want in. The AI produced photos are not what it will look like once it is assembled, it is quite sloppy and wonky. This is a regrettable purchase.

Ordered august 29. delivered september 8. Went to build it today (saturday). And it came with the longest metal rod bent in 2 places. Contacted through live chat. Can do nothing. Now i must wait another 4 days in order to have someone reply on what happens now. The box isnt big enough to hold the length of the metal rod. So they put it in sideways. Making it easy to bend during transport. Needs an upgrade in the way it is placed in the box for transport.

Arrived in damaged box. Was missing the door hinge which holds entire door together.

You idiots seriously want a review for something you didn't deliver. you didn't even attempt to rectify the situation. you only offered a refund instead. you don't even deserve the one star I've given you for the lack of effort in fixing the problem.

La estructura de metal es muy endeble. Aún no estaba montada del todo y ya se había roto. Las barras donde se apoya la puerta traen los tornillos metidos en una parte de plástico que se rompió enseguida. No traen suficientes bridas, hay que poner más de las que se indican, ya que si las pones cada 20cm quedan huecos. Además, el alambre también es muy fino y se rompe con facilidad. No lo recomiendo para nada.

Bilan global mitigé, grillage trop fin, même bien tiré il gondole. Attention à protéger du vent car pas très stable. Personnellement, c'est pour une utilisation occasionnelle comme mon cas pour des poussins, afin de les protéger des rapaces (buses, éperviers) en attendant qu'ils deviennent adultes.

What I got is at the standard expected but several of the pipes were missing but I decided not to chase it up with the company as it would take too long and I had materials lying around the shed I could use to get it set up.

I have written and showed pictures of non part and also 3 parts with wrong holes in where they need to be to click in place. Everything else works but these pieces and the one missing, so I cannot move forward with completion until I get correct parts. I have been nicely told that there is nothing wrong and I should rotate these bad parts to work....wanna see a picture of what that looks like? Its not good. Either get a refund, or do not buy this product.

Auf den Detailbildern im Angebot sind Eckstangen zur Stabilisierung abgebildet, diese sind gar nicht dabei. Der Support wurde kontaktiert. Auf diese Beschwerden wurde gar nicht eingegangen. Es kam immer nur eine vermutliche KI Antwort, dass sie Bilder möchten, diese wurden mehrfach geschickt und trotzdem wurde nicht reagiert
