terrible carry case...
I bought this set of sockets/ plus... and while the tools themselves are pretty good, the CASE they are in is pathetic !!! The plastic hinges broke the first week of use, and now I can't keep the tools from falling out if it's not lifted flat every time you use them.. They really need to do a better case to put these in. Now I avoid taking them out of the shop completely.

VEVOR IS A SCAM
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM VEVOR. IT IS A CHINA COMPANY WITH ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. THIS ITEM DOES NOT WORK WITH THE TOOL SET THEY SOLD ME. I ASKED TO RETURN IT, AND GET IDIOTIC EMAIL REPLIES THAT GO IN CIRCLES. THEY DO ANYTHING IN THEIR POWER TO NOT HONOR THEIR SCAM REFUND POLICY. BUY FROM HARBOR FREIGHT.....A US-BASED HONEST COMPANY. TRY CALLING THEM...NUMBERS ARE ALL DISCONNECTED.

worst customer service
arrived with a missing socket...... if the socket shows up tomorrow it will have taken exactly 20 days to get a replacement socket, and just about as many email exchanges. Vevor has the worst customer service of any business. I will not buy from them anymore. They do not back up their products.

Damaged product
The socket set arrived severely damaged, with parts that are broken or unusable. Due to its condition, I cannot safely or properly use the product, and it does not meet the expected quality.I would like to be compensated for the damaged item because it is not usable for its intended purpose. I would like to be compensated for this.

One purchase was delivered quick
The tool set has just about everything needed for small jobs, however after ordering this set i ordered the 415 pc set because the first one came quick. I placed the order on July 31st and the last update i received it was scanned in at Houston waiting for UPS. here it is Aug 6 and it's still in Houston waiting for UPS. Customer service said they will cancel and refund the order if i haven't received it by 8/7, but i bought it on sale so i guess they think I'm paying the regular price now. I guess it's off to Harbor Freight to buy another set.
