More than enough power to slice cooked, cold meats such as corned beef, and pickled pork with ease. Very happy with this slicer.

Because I need consistent thickness on the meat that I cut, I bought the 7.5 in electric Deli slicer. I make a lot of beef jerky and need uniformity on the slices. That way they all are done at the same time. I take a roast and slice slightly over one quarter inch and it works out perfect. The meat cutter actually works good for what it is. The price was good and clean up is pretty easy. On a scale of 1 to 10 I would give this a 7.5

The meat slicer works fine and is exactly what I needed for my household slicing needs. Cleaning is a breeze as all parts are removable.

Good quality for the price. Does what it needs to do. I make beef jerkey and needed this to cut to a certain thickness.
