Best size and useful for home use

So far I have run about 30 pounds of frozen meat through it for jerky. It is working very well. Just gotta remember to add a small drop of food safe oil to the point on the back of the blade.

I bought this electric slicer for bread. The manual forms with the slots just weren’t working for me. And I LOVE it!! I purchased the one with the extra blade just in case I needed a flat edge for veggies. It is just like the larger slicers you find in deli’s. It is so easy to clean, the platform moves smoothly, and is easily stored-not heavy at all. If you’re looking for an appliance to make your life easier, this is it!!

Purchased as a gift for my grandson to slice meat thinly for jerky. The blade diameter, and motor power were excellent for this application!

Très bon produit. Relativement léger. Il faudra toutefois y prêter une attention particulière car la machine est relativement légère, Elle n'a pas le poids d'une machine professionnelle. Cependant, à titre privé, elle fait entièrement le travail. Que ce soit du pain à découper avec la lame crantée ou des jambon, saucisson... avec l'autre lame, ça fait le taf. Attention à la fixation des lames, le moyeu est en plastique d'où l'attention à apporter. Pas pour les bourrins !
