How customer reviews and ratings work
Customer Reviews, including Product Star Ratings help customers to learn more about the product and decide whether it is the right product for them.
Our overall rating is not a simple average. We prioritize authentic, trustworthy reviews and filter out duplicates or invalid content before calculating the final score. This helps ensure the rating truly reflects real customer experiences.

Lorne Completely satisfied.
I've had this for 2+ months, used every day. Quality machine, easily does syrups, glycerine, and honey. After buying a larger stir stick did 18l of solution without a hitch.

Todd Mr
great product, easy to use, i've tried others before but this is best for my needs. The provided stand for temperature guage could be taller though to accomodate 2000 ml Erlenmeyer flask

A well-built product with strong magnet and spin. Sleek design, and at 74% of the $232.00 price, you can't go wrong!

Color_My_Life_fr Outil puissant

These jokers sent me a 100°C machine when I bought a 500°C machine. I have tried and tried to sort this out. I finally got them a good picture of the id plate on the unit, and they said they needed a video of it only going up to 100°C, but their system maxes out at 30MB. While I was doing this, Henrique hung up on me. I tried to log back in and the system said my order number was invalid. It made me put in the tracking number, and it wouldn't take that either. Calling visa and reporting you for fraud.
