It very good equipment to have in my shop! Heavy Duty!!! Solid iron!!! So much power in it... Believe me it is Chevy 3500!!!

Bitte nutzen Sie aber auf keinen Fall den lokalen kroatischen Dienst HP (Hrvatska pošta) als Kurierdienst, da dieser absolut unzuverlässig ist und ich nie weiß, ob und wann das Paket ankommt, bitte nutzen Sie GLS oder andere Dienstleistungen. Leider kooperiert DHL mit HP und es ist das gleiche Problem. Wenn das Paket in Kroatien ankommt, ist nicht mehr bekannt, wann es zugestellt wird. Danke schön.

I really like being able to adjust it up and down to fit different sized drills. Seems to be very well made. Drilled several hundred holes in steell plate without any issues.

Subject: Review - Magnetic Drill 1550W Hello, For a long time I had been considering purchasing a magnetic drill. When I saw the price of $300 and having been satisfied with your products so far, I couldn't resist. The Good: The drill is very solidly built and the magnet holds very well. Design Limitations: Unfortunately, the drill can only run when the magnet is engaged. This is sometimes inconvenient when you want to precisely position a drill bit on a center mark - although I understand this is probably a safety feature. Technical Issues: The variable speed controller is a very useful feature. However, under certain conditions the controller begins to oscillate, which indicates a poorly tuned PID regulator. I modified the machine to use only a simple dimmer without a control circuit, but unfortunately this was also not a great improvement because the motor's internal resistance is too high, causing the speed to drop too much under load. Conclusion: Overall, I am very satisfied with the purchase and for $300 it is an excellent value. Dip.-Ing. J. Feldheim

There is a bit of runout in the drill spindle which affects accuracy. Overall for the price it is ok but if you need this for accurate sized holes this OSS not the drill for you as the runout of the broach/drill bit make it impossible to get an accurate hole size.

I bought the drill to smash a bunch of 25mm holes through 20mm of steel. This in conjunction with the angular cutter set were perfect, the magnet was strong and the motor had no issues keeping up. Worked straight out of the box, no adjustments necessary. Haven't tried it upside down or anything, but comes with straps for that. Definitely recommend the drill for the price given it can cut up to 50+mm holes.

The electromagnet is a little underpowered so it has a tendency to let go when pushing hard on the drill bit, probably fine on smaller bits through. No safety switch to shut the drill off when this happens so be aware of that, not a deal-breaker, just need to be careful. My drill arrived damaged from shipment but vevor have sorted out replacement parts for the damage so no big deal, but better packaging probably would have prevented this. Overall not a bad buy for what you pay.
