Great drill, just drilled some holes in 10mm plate and it worked effortlessly but small problem I encountered was the chuck was a bit shaky when starting the hole but I’m hoping to tune it a little to eliminate this problem.

Durable. Used for a project over a 3 year period. 700+ holes drilled in 1/4 to 1/2" carbon steel. Would drill though stack of five 1/4" plate greatly speeding up job. Magnet is strong and holds drill in place.

Buy it. Used to drill new holes on a peterbilt frame to shorten wheel base. What would have taken me days and resharpening bits took me less then an hour and the cutting bit is still good. Very very happy with it

Works perfect, much better than the more expensive ones. We used the chuck bit as needed to drill 5mm holes.

I bought the drill to smash a bunch of 25mm holes through 20mm of steel. This in conjunction with the angular cutter set were perfect, the magnet was strong and the motor had no issues keeping up. Worked straight out of the box, no adjustments necessary. Haven't tried it upside down or anything, but comes with straps for that. Definitely recommend the drill for the price given it can cut up to 50+mm holes.

Great item

This is the best tool I have purchased in years. Initially used to bore holes in a bobcat skid steer cab that was very corroded (then welded plugs). Made it a quick neat repair. Also used to bore broken wheel bolts from a tractor on situ without removing a wheel full of water. Quality cutting bits were expensive but worth it. Works well as a drill on a steel bench where I can slide the item round on a sheet of timber.

The electromagnet is a little underpowered so it has a tendency to let go when pushing hard on the drill bit, probably fine on smaller bits through. No safety switch to shut the drill off when this happens so be aware of that, not a deal-breaker, just need to be careful. My drill arrived damaged from shipment but vevor have sorted out replacement parts for the damage so no big deal, but better packaging probably would have prevented this. Overall not a bad buy for what you pay.
