Works well with a hammer.

I used this to pull the sleeves on a JD350 dozer engine, same as a perkins 3.152. It accomplished the task, but i had to use a hammer to hit the tightening handle. when trying to turn the handle by hand the shaft would just turn from the force required.

Worked well you my have to sand/grind the edges smooth to fit the cylinder walls. The price was right for a one time use.

Puller works well, with the plates to suit the different size liners the flexible head allows ease of fitting down the liner. The friction bearing to provide assistance with the puller failed as it wasn't heavy duty enough to withstand the forces pulling a very tight liner out.

System is good, thrust bearing is weak.

For the price, a good kit with many sleeve size applications possible. Will remove normally seated sleeves with no problem, but with one sleeve rather corroded into place, damaged the thrust bearing nearly instantly. All in all. should work for the occasional sleeve replacement.

Good puller for the price comes with several different types sizes to accommodate different sleeves. Will work with a 1466 international. Beats building one from scrap.
