Had to reset some of the factory screw on the pulley’s. If your etches/engraving come out bad, that’s the first place I’d look. Connector colors didn’t match the assembly descriptions. For the machine itself, it’s working great. Tried abs and wood, both did well with good resolution and power control. 5 start function, -1 for assembly issues and trouble shooting

Great product, so easy to use once it is all set up. The instructions are a little difficult to follow at times. And it doesn't explain the difference between engraving and cutting. With little information on the differences in levels when comparing different materials to be engraved, only that it the levels vary, so alot of trial and error is a result.

Works well except that I still don’t know how to use the machine and have not been able to find a suitable software aside Lightburn which very expensive in my region.. Customer service is awesome. My machine came with a factory faulty laser, as soon as I discovered and wrote them, it was changed immediately without any hassle. Thanks to Vevor.
