one star for customer service. Had questions about unit on what should have come with item, where dose fan plug in, online chat. someone will contact me in 1 to 2 business days. I bought a press from this company also in the past. Rollers did not line up, same thine 1 to 2 business days. By the time they contacted me I had it fixed. That is why YouTube is so popular, you get your questions answered right away.

2nd fatal issue: machine working not engraving or cutting. raised urgent request for support they said 24 hours it would be looked at. several messages later by myself only seeking a response, 27 hours later no activity response nothing. customer response / warranty is ridiculous. 1st issue: broken and no one has got back to me other than an AI app. no contact number on website. have no idea where to go from here. love the product not the service after purchase. only a few months old. got an email a week later no service at all, problem not resolves. STILL NOT RESOLVED STILL WAITINF
