Everything is fine, I received the laser and I did a lot of funny things with it. Thanks for the great product, it works much better and faster than my old oversized 20W *****. I have much more space than before, the housing is clear, the settings are extremely easy, precise and I made the first box 20x13x8 cm in the first hour of use. A little skill is required to assemble the case, but the instructions are precise and there is one spare screw for each item. I recommend an external filter system for cutting. The laser is powerful enough to cut 3 mm plywood (one stroke and very fast), to engrave in three shades on paper, aluminum business cards and even three shades on wood (light and dark brown and black).

Absolutely my best purchase of the year. My first ever laser. Steep learning curve for myself. No issues with the laser at all. I have not found a single problem. It has always preformed perfectly, every time. Sooooo happy.

Parfait débutant dans la gravure et la découpe laser, je m'éclate !!! Le graveur est facile à assembler. Très sécurisé, il s'arrête dès qu'on l'ouvre mais peut aussi être verrouillé par une clé. Connection du premier coup avec le PC et utilisation très facile avec différents logiciels gratuits. Il y a également plein de modèles gratuits ou peu cher sur le Net. J'ai également commencé à faire mes propres plans, la précision est incroyable pour faire des assemblages. Coupe sans difficulté du contreplaqué de 3mm. Vraiment satisfait, je vais le faire évoluer en y installant un petit compresseur pour limiter les traces de brulure sur le bois.

I researched a lot of 20w diode lasers, and this appears to be the best buy hands down. I have purchased other equipment from Vevor in the past and have been happy with the purchases. Fonctionne parfaitement elle est livrée pratiquement prête à l'emploi. Débutant je l'ai utilisé avec LightBurn sans problème sur du MDF.
