Husband made it seem easy to put together, little over whelming for me but it had all the parts which is really important. We added additional zip ties that were a bit stronger at all the joints to create a very strong structure. The hammocks are not real good but best if you add some of there own items. Our cats haven't yet really taken to it yet, will take some time and added decor so they don't feel like they are being "caged" up.

Ms
1. Cheaply made with critical parts made of plastic which break very easily during assembly.
2. Poorly written instructions. Did not translate to English well. Some instructions missing. Pictures very difficult to understand.
3. When box delivered, had measurements of the box and the model of the box written on the outside of the box. No mention of what was actually in the box. Therefore had to open it.
4. Customers service was very responsive.
5. The cage was the only one that I could find that would do what I needed it to do.

Large Size, Poor Quality.
I have had this about a week now and I have to say I am not impressed. This is the first Vevor product I have ever had that has been bad, it's disappointing.
The plastic clips that provide the structure of the crate are extremely cheap and brittle. Some of them arrived broken, about 1/4th of them cracked or broke while assembling.
The metal frames are also extremely frail. Two of the hollow frames that act as pillars broken in half while installing. One of the shelf frames bent in half and my cat actually fell through it, luckily it was only on the first "story" and she was fine.
The provided hammock is cute and a nice addition, but it also broke in two spots. The clips are cheap pot metal and break easily. The stitching broke on one of the straps as well. Again, luckily there was a shelf right below or she could've gotten hurt as the hammock was on the top floor.
Mind you my two cats are smaller than average and a very healthy weight, about 7-8 pounds. They are not giant and heavy.
The only reason I'm not giving it one star is because it is cheap for the size and overall I think it will work, but it will need a LOT of DIY reinforcement to be structurally safe and not fall apart. I have already
I think if the metal frames were sturdier and the clips weren't so brittle, it would be much nicer.

Do not use
I bought this for four foster kittens. Set it up as pictured. The fasteners snap and break. It wouldnt hold is some places. Was flimsey. And a kitten got stuxk in the grid. Unsafe for small animals. Larger ones will be able to force an opening

A number of attachment pieces broke/snapped off. I had no issues with the first one I purchased.

Plastic
The plastic hubs are very easy to break finally just gott rid of them and used only zip ties. One of the platform squares was not welded completely so it separated. If I could give the manufacturer any advice it would be to integrate zip ties into the hub and instead of the wire platforms standard 2x2 lumber will fit into the wire spacing and make a better platform

Unreliable Plastic components
The plastic components used to snap panels together that are essential for assembly are made of far too brittle of plastic to be functional for this product.
I was unable to finish the first layer before having multiple parts snap and break and it became clear that expecting structural integrity from this product was futile.
I do not trust this product to be safe for my pets. I can only see it caving in on them.
